Booking Policy

Please, read the following terms and conditions carefully. They apply to all tours offered on our web-site. On signing the booking form you agree to accept these terms and conditions on behalf of all persons named in the form.

BOOKING - please make your bookings as far in advance as possible to ensure that requested accommodation and transportation is available.
CONFIRMATION - confirmation on services booked will be sent by the next business day together with pro-forma invoice.
PAYMENT - payment should be done by the bank draft, cash or credit card. 5% credit card service applied to credit card payments.
CANCELLATION FEES - all the changes or cancellations must be made in writing not less than 10 business days prior to the arrival. Otherwise, cancellation penalty will be charged. If you cancel your order in 5-9 business days prior to your arrival, we charge 50% of the package price, if cancellation is done in less than 5 business days, we charge 100%.
